Hey everyone Hope your having a good February. It’s reminder time already at The Flower Challenge. Here is my entry using a brand new die to me from Altenew: Leafy Frame and one of my newer floral stamp sets by neat and tangled. I ink smooshed my stacked frame with distress ink – Victorian velvet and spun sugar. I used the same colours on my watercolour background. The sentiment from neat and tangled is stamped in archival black ink. I hope you will check out the inspiration from the rest of the design team and join in with us this month.

Making your own patterned background with Neat and Tangled
Hey there Thanks for visiting my blog today. As many of my regular followers know I love florals and I also love creating my own patterned paper. Today’s card combines these loves. I used the Neat and Tangled Scandinavian prints set along with hero arts shadow inks to create my patterned background. The sentiment is by Mama Elephant Potted Pretties. This card makes me feel summery, cheery and happy. I am entering this card into the following challenges: Simon Wednesday Challenge – created my own patterned paper Little Tangles challenge 81 – Colour Combo The Flower Challenge 9 – Anything Goes Addicted to Stamps and More 247 – Make your…

2nd entry Little Tangles Challenge #72
The challenge this month at Little Tangles is a sketch: For my second card I rotated the sketch from landscape to portrait and since I don’t have an oval die I used a small rectangle. I created my (deliberately) wonky background with one of the small stamps from the Scandinavian prints set. The flowers and sentiment used some masking and my misti. I used fun foam and raised this panel up off my card base. Product List below. Affiliate links used at no additional cost to you in order to help support my blog. Thank You.
