Hi
I made this card a few days ago, with the intention of sharing it with you straight away and then life got in the way of blogging. Does that happen to you to? Lol.
I was still thinking about the current colour combo challenge set by Heather H over on the Winnie and Walter Blog and so I based my card around a pink and grey colour theme.
I ink smooshed distress inks spun sugar and picked raspberry along with a dark grey ink onto bockingford watercolour paper. I then die cut a circle of the smooshed background with a Simon Says Stamp stitched circle die. I used hero arts charcoal ink to stamp my sentiment, flowers and leaves and then I copic coloured some of my images. The images are from Winnie and Walters In Bloom:Addies Garden set which I have been loving lately. A few sentiments glued with multi medium matte finish it all off.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
March Colour Combo with Heather H
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes
Marker Pop Challenge #117 – I used various gray and pink tones
