WCMD baby card with oxide ink blending
Hi friends It is currently at card making week at Winnie and Walter and there are lots and lots of fun challenges. First of all we were encouraged to take a craftie of us or our desk so here’s mine 🙂 Today’s card is for a couple of the challenges: Ink blending with Lea – I used distress oxide inks in tumbled glass and salty ocean Coordinating die Challenge with Kelly – I don’t have any dies for my stamps so I followed Carols example to use a word die as a mask and stamp round it, basically the challenge in reverse – I hope this still counts? Exciting DT news and Bouquet card
Hi my lovelies, thanks for joining me today. I am extremely excited, honoured, thrilled to be a new Design Team member at the Flower Challenge Blog. Glitter and Leaves
Hiya I dug through my scraps again for this card and found this gorgeous gold glittery background I had stencilled with W&W madison stencil. Next I found some daffodils and tulips I had ‘coloured’ some time ago and were sitting neglected. I prepped a side folding card base with leaves from W&W Addies garden set which I stamped with versamark ink on the orange cardstock for some subtle added interest. I am entering this card into the following challenges: W&W Use your scraps challenge with Kelly w&w Four Challenge with Shay ……………. Hydrangeas shaker card
Hi my friends I created a 5″shaker card today with lots and lots of sequins and beads to shake about. I used Sss square die to create a frame and an inner rectangle and used waterproof black memento ink and stamped flowers and leaves from Winnie and Walter Addies Gardens so that the flowers where on the rectangle and the frame. Next I watercoloured the inner flowers with zig clean colour markers and when dry added some extra interest with a white gel pen. After turning it into a shaker card I attached it to a square card base and stamped the sentiment from Winnie and Walter sending you set.…

Hello Shaker Card
Hi my friends, I spent a pleasurable hour grappling with this card and learning from multiple mistakes 🙊🤣, hopefully the next time will be much easier. I knew I wanted to turn the Home die by Winnie and Walter into a shaker word and I think I tried every way possible to get it sealed properly so that those beads don’t go everywhere, lol. I must have been tired the day I made this because it really is a simple technique. I did lots of diecutting of the home die – multiple times with stick it adhesive sheets and fun foam and then cutting up tiny bits of acetate and…
