Hi friends,
It’s reminder time at the Flower Challenge and we are looking for shaped cards.

We are also sponsored by the amazing Alex Syberia.

For my card I made a banner shape by diecutting two 300gsm white stitched banner shapes by Simon Says Stamp. The back piece I scored an inch from the top to create a hinge and added strong glue to adhere to the front banner.
The front has cracked pistachio and chipped sapphire distress oxide blending, the beautiful winter flowers image by Alex Syberia and a heffy doodle embossed sentiment. The floral piece was coloured with the following spectrum noir illustrator pens: TB2, TB4, LY1, LY3, CG1, B01,B03, CG1, CG3 and a white gel pen for highlights.

Using a banner for your card shape was a great idea, Rachel. Your coloring of the bouquet is fabulous.
