Good Morning my lovelies
My first card for today is bright and colourful using Winnie and Walter goodies – I may have done a teeny weensy bit of shopping, don’t tell my hubby! Heehee.
This is my first ever play with Winnie and Walter Stamps and I can tell they are going to be my new favourites!
This card uses In Bloom: Addies Garden and the sentiment is from the Sending You by Evelin T Designs stamp set. I used distress inks to watercolour the flowers and then fussy cut them out. I painted some stripes onto watercolour cardstock using worn lipstick distress ink, added some splatters and then adhered my flowers with dimension in places. Next I used my Misti to stamp the sentiment so I could ensure a good crisp text on the bumpy watercolour card. I then heat embossed the giant hug sentiment also from the Sending You set by Winnie and Walter. I then adhered it all together onto a bright sunny yellow cardbase. Can you tell I’m desperate for spring?
Here are some pics.
Im entering this card into the following challenges:
W&W Bright Colours Challenge with Lydia – isn’t Lydia’s bright inspiration card just gorgeous?
Mood Board Challenge with Heather P I used the pinks yellows and flowers from the following inspiration picture
W&W Three Challenge with Shay – I used three black hearts, three shades of colour on each flower (three yellows and three pinks) and three main colours on the card – yellow, pink and black.
